WHO WE ARE

The Eagle Business Corporation is a subsidiary of the group EAGLECORP GROUP Ltd. This holding, established in the BAHAMAS for some times, gathers together investors of several different nationalities.

Other subsidiaries are represented in Europe (Eagle Fininvest Inc. - East West Assistant Company - Life Invest Inc. - Eagle Invest International Inc.).

In 1997, following increasing demand from Euorpe, Eagle Business N.Y. decided to incorporate a new company to cover this geographic area.

 So, at the beginning of 1998, E.B.C. was incorporated.

 

In order to make the processing of these demands easier (language, time difference between USA and Europe) a Representative Office was opened in April 1998.

Its area of competence covers Western Europe, Eastern Europe and the Maghreb, directly or through subsidiaries.

Due to its excellent transmport facilities the South East of France was chosen for this office.

Highways, trains (and now the "TGV") and above all the International Airport of NICE (2nd most important French airport and one of the best in Europe) easier and faster than Parisian or London airports, for example.

Besides the above mentionned advantages, the French Riviera is well-known for its business links (2nd most important economic region in France), its strategic position in the Mediterranean arc, and the implantation of numerous foreign and US firms (e.g. in Sophia Antipolis).

 

The activities of the Representative office are centred on well-targeted products:

• The incorporation of resident companies, including physical settlement of residents in the USA
• The incorporation of non resident US companies intended for foreigners
• The search for products, markets and suppliers in the USA

The Representative office ensures the link between European customers, subsidiaries and the main departments based in the US.Providing information, taking charge of the dossier, transfer of the dossier for processing, drawing up the contacts ready for signing, delivery of the proceseed dossiers, transfer of invoices and follow up (EAGLE FININVEST Inc., a subsidiary, manages the group).
