LIST OF TAX HEAVENS

18/04/02 - OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) publies the list of uncooperative Tax Havens

 

In liaison with works regarding detrimental tax practices, 31 juridictions have undertaken to improve transparency and to carry out information exchange and are considered as co-operative juridictions by the OECD.

Despite few juridictions identified as tax havens in June 2000 do not have undertaken yet, OECD wishes to continue dialogue with them and hope they will undertake to improve transparency and to exchange information in the near future.

Following juridictions, which have not undertaken this commitment yet, have been classified by the OECD as uncooperative tax havens.

• Liberia
• Monaco
• Marshall Island
• Nauru
• Vanuatu
