You are an established professional working as Estate agent, Insurance broker, Company adviser, Business Centre or similar and are willing to expand and diversify your activity.

You are willing to start a new job

You will be our EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATIVE in your country.  

Your mission:
Promoting Eagle Business's products (incorporation of non resident US companies, assistance to settle to the USA, visas, bank accounts, market and partner researches...) 

Your steps:
Searching for customers any way you can: relationship, traders, advertising... 

Your aim: 
Registering orders and passing them on to us. Since your function is only commercial, our services will realize ordered missions afterward.

Your means:
You will have to have an equiped office at your disposal (phone, fax, IT equipment, Internet). If you are an established profesional, you already have this equipement, your installation will be free of new investment. 

Your staff:
At firstand during the first year at least, one person could run the business. Afterward, a secretary may be necessary.

Our assistance:
Initial training and standing assistance, advices, help for appointments... 
Administrative following up of files

US and French representative office's (opened since 1998) central means.

Your investment:
Apart from office equipment you may already have, your investment will consist in the printing of a documentation (similar to the French version: form and quality) in your country's language. 500 copies will  be enough for the first year. 
Advertising. You will have to plan ads to launch the 'agency' and find the first customers. (advertising medium to define)

Your remuneration:
Depending on a scale which is attached to the Agreement of Commercial Travelling, you will earn commissions relating to ordered services. 

An average commission for a company is roughly $2,000 to $2,500, plus 'national' services which will be totally yours (registration of the US corporation in a foreign country, etc...). 

It means that as soon as both first orders will be placed, your inintial investment is recouped and the rest is profit. 

Your obligations:
Practice of English appreciated. On the other hand, since you will have to be in contact with the France representative office, fluent French is obligatory. 
In exchange for exclusive rights in your country, an objective will be fixed and has to be respected after launching period.
